This hotel, although clean on the surface, was quite shabby and obviously in need of upgrades. The whole hotel smelled of old stale smoke, like it had been used for smoking years ago and still had not been well aired out. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were basic. Although not a bad stay, did not seem to be up to standards for a Ramada.

Don’t book this hotel

The pool is actually so gross there were bandages, towels and bugs. And wet towels and socks around on the floor. They do not clean this place the water is cloudy and is not well cleaned. I don’t trust swimming in the nasty ass pool. A staff went in while we were cleaning the pool and just stared like there were no trash around. And we had to ask for towels as we thought they were some in the pool like other hotels. The rooms are just mid, toilet papers aren’t even new & the front desk smelled like cigarette while other guests smoke near the entrance. Don’t ever book this hotel, there are better hotels than this one do not recommend.

Easy access, clean, friendly staff

Easy access location, friendly staff, clean room, with some funny glitches like only one cup in the room for the two of us. When we asked for a second cup, the clerk suggested we just take one from the coffee corner in the front lounge area. A Chinese restaurant is connected to the hotel so it’s easy to have dinner after a long day.

The bed was horrible, felt like sleeping on springs. When asked to change room, staff said all beds were the same. However we had two rooms booked and the bed in the other room was very different, much better. House keeping was never done, they would take towels, not replace them. Noise carry’s through walls, you can hear other rooms snore. Hot tub was foaming with dirt bubbles from people such as oils, body lotions etc. Very gross. I wouldn’t recommend unless for a night.

The front desk lady told me I couldn't check in because I didn't have the original credit card. ( Never heard of this) After 39 mins of arguing she Finally excepted a new one (same card number but was my wife's). Then we went to dinner in restaurant the wait staff was horrible the food was good but we waited 1/2 an hour for drinks then 15 mins after we asked for check she brought it very very slow service but food was good front desk was no help in morning with helping us get to cruise port
