Houseowner is very nice!
Not very soundproof, near to the avenue so there will be some nights sirens waking you up…

Avoid at all costs

Limited privacy. The bathroom advertised as private is actually on the hallway outside the room. The kitchen shown in the pictures is not accessible to guests who, instead use a crammed space that is an adapted bathroom and doubles as laundry room. Guests have no access to any common areas, being practically restricted to the inside of the room. There is a constant odor of spicy food. There were issues with the property being able to process American Express cards. Bedroom didn't have closets or anywhere to put clothes which needed to remain in the luggages on the floor. The closet in the room was used by the property as a sort of storage space.

The pictures were misleading. We had a room with an attached bath in the upstairs of the house. There was a small fridge and microwave in the laundry room downstairs. My husband found it looking to find a refrigerator to put his medicine in. Otherwise we just stayed in our bedroom. There was no tv in the bedroom.

The owners of the property were very friendly and prompt to help with any questions or needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and accommodating. The location is walking distance to the train and the stay was quiet. Thanks!
