Front door was locked when we got there, we needed to call to get someone to open the main entrance.
Card did not work properly, needed to re-activated.

Pool was unavailable after we checked in. Nothing online mentioned this. After talking to the front desk staff we were told the pool would be out of service for the next 8 MONTHS!. The front desk staff wouldn't refund any amount of money and basically said we were out of luck because we had booked with a third party

The hotel is in a good location along the main road. We were not happy as I booked this hotel because it had a pool and when we arrived we were notified that the pool was closed for maintenance.

The hotel is way outdated!!Was dirty..Air conditioning rattled so bad I had to change my room.Pool was down as usual in most hotels and are all advertised they have pools.Staff was helpful and changed and upgraded my room..Would never stay at this hotel again..

The hotel is tired. The young woman behind the desk was helpful. I filtered for a pool and did not see the the pool on the amenities list was crossed off. I was looking forward to cooling off in the pool. Other person behind the counter was not very polite what I express my disappointment. Basically said it’s been that way a long time I should have known. If it’s been that way for a long time fix it.
