need short or long family run great quiet safe stay in drumheller???

Our family has been staying here since the late 60’s. decent rooms. decent prices. quiet. sometimes rooms are hot or moss for air con working decent or fridge. but they take care of issues. great family place. many rooms with kitchenettes…. i personally have been booking rooms since the 1990’s. always fun to watch the train in the restaurant. easy in and easy out with booking without prepayment. excellent place to support locally run business. good location for tourists. never any major issues at the place and our family combined has over east a couple dozen stays there. a decent priced place. excellent for long stays with great kitchenette avail. they do fill up fast with workers. Do t book at travel sites- phone them directly and if rooms available they will usually meet or beat any of the online deals. i would give the place a 9.0/10

DO BETTER!

I started wrking at this motel we agreed on 18 an hr I worked 2 days and my.fiamc3 was in a car ac ident on life support so obviously I was there for my.fiamce and notified them of the situation my fiamce ended uo passing away I recently.went back to get my pay for those 2 days I worked whitch woulda bin from 9 till 3 each day so 12 hrs 18×12= 216 dollars when I went in to collect that money he wrote mena cheque for $82 dollars . That would make it be less then 10 dollars an hr WHAT A SLAP IN the face nvm the fact that they send somone into the rooms befor the housekeepers so they can take left tips thst is ment for the housekeepers!!! First off this is somthhing house keepers look forward to secondly the main housekeeper thay wrks there she also wrks in the kitchen and if she doesnt finish the rooms by 2 she literally speeds through them not cleaning properly nit even wipong things dwn cause shes to concerned bout getting to the kitchen and. Rather then have 1 house keeper to each one of these very small very manageable for 1 person to clean she would rather 2 ppl whitch is not needed especially if she has to be in the kitchen and wont leave the housekeepers to do what they are there to do the whole time she just sits on FaceTime all day tlking while she cleaning just saying badlands .DO BETTER! Leave the tips alone they are ment for the house keepers and pay ur employees the money they agreed on and dont under pay especially in such a tragic time such a shame cuz I coulda upped ur game and u coulda had actual clean rooms not just wipe n go DO BETTER!!! Pay ur employees the money they deserve and the money that was agreed upon AND FOR GOD SAKES LEABE THERE TIPS ALONE ESPETUALLY SONCE UR UNDERPAYING THEM

Small, smelly, unappealing room

Our booking had been misinterpreted and a single room booked for two of us. The room was unappealing, very small and smelt musty and of cigarette smoke. We were offered an upgrade (at a cost) but elected to find a room elsewhere.

Great views but a dump!

Rugs were filthy. Very dated rooms. Bathtub missing caulking and had black spots. We prepaid for two rooms in advance. Sketchy worker/owner came running out as we were leaving saying we only paid him $80 when we paid more than triple that. Great views but rooms are a dive.

Worst customer service experience of my life.

Do not reserve a room here. It's not possible to cancel it. I've tried calling and leaving messages. Used their website contact form. No response and the owner who is a real estate agent in BC will not answer the phone numbers available and does not return messages. Total scam. Today I see the charges on my credit card.
