Great staff

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot fresh and delicious . Next time we come back we will be staying here. Thank you Patrick and staff. I think we will miss you guys.

The rooms are cozy, not much floor space but adequate. Parking was an additional $10/night. The staff was very helpful and a good, standard continental breakfast was appreciated. We would stay again.

This is a quite rundown hotel in a bit of a rough neighbourhood that made me a little nervous because I was travelling with 14-yr-olds.
The staff is doing its best to keep the hotel clean and welcoming but the room didn’t smell great (lingering smoke or exhaust or the odour from the sketchy pub in the building??); the pool and weight room are much smaller than they appear in the photos.
Room cleaning was forgotten on one morning, even though I requested it twice while we were o it of the building.
The included breakfast was well done and care was taken to accommodate guests requests.

Flexible and accommodating staff

The staff were very helpful and accommodating especially Patrick and Sheeba. I initially booked a two-night stay, but my plans changed, and I requested to shorten my booking to one night. They handled my request smoothly, updated my reservation without any hassle, and made the process very easy. I really appreciated their flexibility and excellent customer service. Thank you for making my stay stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed here for one night in order to attend a medical appointment at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. It’s an older hotel but is kept clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We will stay here again in the future.
