Very good breakfast and good environment in the breakfast room, the hotel is quite new and renovated, the room was huge, so a big plus. The wifi was fast, plenty of parking so no issues there either.

We had an accessible room(for wheelchairs) because it was the last one with 2 queen beds. There was juice splatter along the bathroom wall and the bathroom outlet. The rest of the bathroom seemed decently maintained. There was a really chemical smell in the room when we got there(I think it was from the carpet cleaner). I opened the window and let the room air out which helped(but there was no screen in the window so some mosquitos did get in). If I wasn’t able to open the window to air it out I definitely would have felt sick and would have complained. I did appreciate knowing they cleaned the carpet.
They didn’t have normal blackout curtains but blinds…except the blinds didn’t come all the way down so there was lots of light in the room and it made it hard to fall asleep and we woke up earlier than we wanted. The beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool was okay…it was smaller than I expected but my son enjoyed playing in there and the hot tub was decent. I like that the hotel was decently maintained but I expected a better experience when it was a higher price than the other ones I was looking at.
The area was nice and close for going to the mall and the zoo and had shopping and food choices nearby.
I’ll probably choose a different hotel next time that had the same things but was cheaper.

Staff were super kind, sweet, and helpful! they answered all my questions. Breakfast was included in the stay, it was really good! enjoyed the waffle maker. the room was very nice! the room had a/c and it worked very well. the only thing is there was no hand soap in the washroom. the pool and hot tub looked very nice. didn’t have time to use it sadly. would definitely book again!

Friendly service, very helpful, smiley…what more is there is say? Thank you so much for all your help, the warm reception and the great service.
The welcome card and beach ball was a nice touch. Will definitely recommend.

Probably not a good review based on a bad experience as I booked a king bed and when I arrived was told it was not available
Was very disappointed with this hotel
