Our first room had issues, so we were moved to another room that was also an upgrade. That one was nice. The restaurant is also quite good.

No Hotel parking, shared with a shopping center. As soon as we walked in the room we were hit with a terrible smell. Bed and tub were dirty. We immediately checked out.

We stayed on Saturday July 25th, and the power went out until 5am. We were not offered any compensation for our stay or even an apology for the inconvenience.

The hotel lost power for the evening. This website would not credit us back and the hotel said they could do nothing as we did not book with them directly. Lesson learned, we will not be using this website again as there is no protection

We stayed here for 2 nights in the junior suite for the Post Malone concert. The first day it was hot and humid out. The bedroom that had the AC unit in was nice and cool but the other bedroom was humid and no air flow whatsoever. I needed to iron some shirts, so when I went to use the iron it leaked everywhere (all over the shirts, ironing board and all over the floor). The second night Edmonton there was a bad storm and the power went out around 9:30pm. We heard kids running around the hallways laughing, and the neighbors sounded like they were partying until around 2am. I got up to do laundry this morning at 6:30am and the one washer was out of order. I put my first load in the dryer and second load in the washer. After 30 mins, the dryer stopped. I checked my dryer and my clothes were still damp. I put another $2 in the dryer and nothing happened. The dryer ate my money and it wouldn't turn on. I went to the front desk and told them what happened. They didnt seem too concerned and told me maintenance would be in after 8am and I would have to wait. I ended up taking my laundry to the laundromat and got everything done. When I checked out of the hotel I wasn't given any compensation for the power being out for as long as it was or for the inconvenience of their dryer breaking down. I am not happy about our stay here.
