TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE-NEVER STAY HERE! THEY TOOK MONEY FOR A 18 NIGHT STAY NOT A 8 NIGHT STAY AND LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!
They entered the room without permission and against policies then lied about it including the entire experience from the start. They gave a difficult time to check in where they even refused a refund only minutes after booking. The hotel claimed there was four of us during the stay when in fact I was with my family member at check in because I was their ride and the big deal they made when in fact there was only one person who ever slept in the room, they never confirmed nor went over anything as they said at the time of check in but now refuse to refund anything with a 10 night stay unused as the total of a 18 night stay was paid upfront. I'm out ten nights, they could have re-booked as people were calling the hotel trying to book the same room but they replied "no rooms available" and a staff member explained they always have trades people booking Monday-Friday. There were no towels in the swimming area often, sand or debris were in the hot tub-didn't appear the swimming area was cleaned on a regular basis...they were dishonest saying I called the hotel numerous times about the situation of a refund where it was only twice (4 days apart). They absolutely denied a solution, were dishonest, lacked professionalism and integrity plus breached policies, were disrespectful and discriminating and had no issues taking 10 nights of my money when not staying in the room. Situation changed beyond our control but it is ludicrous a hotel would not work with the guest towards a solution instead of me being out such a substantial amount of money! Management told me, "I'm not budging!" No one at the hotel ever had the right to go into a guests room without consent!! Never have I been treated like this nor did I expect such a horrible experience; very rude. I'd never stay again!
