Nice quiet & clean room unit $110 with comfortable bed and good tv/wifi. Some minor repairs needed for next stage of renovation .. extras like coffee maker, cups & clothing hooks would be good idea. Service was prompt & considerate.

Stinky room

By far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.The staff were pleasant and courteous , but the room was terrible.It stank of cigarette smoke even though it was designated non smoking and a light bulb in one of the lamps was burnt out.The exterior stairs and sidewalks are decrepit and crumbling .Relatively low rates but not at all worth the savings.

Staff was nice enough. Bathtub was dirty, very little soap shampoo and conditioner provided. Wasnt well heated, had a plug in heater. Plugging in the small heater caused the electrical to flicker. Tv sound didnt work. Not enough towels. Bathroom door wouldnt close properly or lock.

The check in clerk was unprofessional seemed annoyed. He checked us into a room that smelled of smoke-all rooms were said to be non smoking-had to request a change. During the night people were yelling and talking loudly outside in the parking lot-no night watchman on duty apparently.
They need to have a no smoking policy and a disturbance clause signed at check in-there was no paperwork offered at all.
The room was clean and beds comfortable, but would not recommend, for the noisy guests.
