There is virtual check in that made trouble for me cause, they are pick up the phone until 6 pm that I was in the flight.
Actually, I found out that they sent the code for check in by message to Hotels.com inbox but, usually we don’t check every often.
They should have set up a better communication way.

Overall great location, price and clean. Only small changes as some of the surfaces could have been cleaner.

Great spot for a pitstop or couple of nights
Comfy, well located and clean, the room was perfect to stop for a night on our way East!!

This was a pleasant stay . The place was clean and fresh. I was surprised that the room had a two burner stove, oven microwave and fridge. We didn’t use these amenities because our stay was overnight but would come in handy if it was an extended visit. We stayed on the sixth floor which had a rooftop balcony just down the hallway with chairs and a gas fireplace.
I was a little confused about getting in the building as I arrived after 5:30 and there isn’t a front desk. I called a phone number on the reservation link and the fella had me in with an automated entry system in less than a minute. I would stay here again.

Excellent, clean room, well maintained. The bed setup is a bit small around the walls, but everything is great. Can't see all of the TV from bed though, but there's a couch.
Very comfy mattress.
The bed is higher up, if you have mobility issues.
The elevator was broken that day, but was fixed the next day. They gave me a room on a lower floor.
