My room was nothing like the photos had advertised. There was part of the register hanging off the electric heater onto the floor, The chair in the room was stained and filthy. I was supposed to have a room with two double beds and received a room that had one queen bed. There were hooks in the walls with nothing on them. The only nice thing really about the bed for the price of just a little over 300$ for one night, was absolutely not worth the money. The carpet was dirty and smelled like dirty basement. When I got into my room, I was so hesitant to stay that I remove the linens to check the mattress for bed bugs before setting my things on it. It was advertised as a beautiful room in photos, and the room I received was dingey, and unwelcoming. I wont be booking their again.

Outlets didn’t work, couldn’t charge our phones. everything was banged up, cobwebs in the corners of the room. fridge and shower were very dirty… NO HOT WATER. (Cold water smelled like mildew) DAMP bedsheets upon arrival… broken shelving/dresser. Hair dryer rack… with no hairdryer… and the wire to it was cut. Absolutely not enough parking spaces for all guests… and the pictures look NOWHERES near the actual hotel. Gave us 2 towels when there’s 4 of us lol. Oh and also refused to give us a room change unless payed the difference nor gave us a refund when requested 😂 terrible customer service, worst experience I’ve ever had while travelling. 0/5 ⭐️

This hotel is not really a hotel. it's more like a hostel to me. They use the regular door key. There is very limited parking. The elevator is very small. There is no hot breakfsat . The bathroom is very small, there is no hair dryer. The pictures on the listing is not even accurate. The rooms are outdated and small. There are no amenities. It's so over priced with what we got. Definately not returning. Book somewhere else!

I booked my room months in advance , tried to contact the hotel to request a room on the ground floor . Was finnaly answered when I arrived and told they couldn't give us a room on the ground floor but to check again tomorow . We did and was told they would let us know and never did . Only give you one room key so whenever I went out I had to ask to be let back in my room as my partner was working and took the key with him.The staff were honestly very sweet and kind , they didn't offer housekeeping but the ladies I asked clean towels and coffee from were so so sweet . Walls are paper thin , internet cut out all the time which made watching anything impossible . The breakfast went down hill since the last time I stayed( had pancakes ,waffles selection of pasteries) . They Had pastries, bagles and yogurt . Some fresh fruit was available as well . I was so disappointed this time that I cannot imagine booking here again . Parking is ok ,however they are building a new apt block so the construction workers park in the hotel parking which doesn't leave alot of space . I wouldn't say avoid as it is pretty close distance to the mall ,superstore, shoppers drug mart and Walmart just be aware .
