We stayed at Ramada in Hinton while exploring Jasper since it was one of the more affordable options. The room was clean, comfortable, and our pet-friendly room had no pet odor at all, which we really appreciated.
The breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it had one of the better selections compared to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip. The restaurant was very clean, and the friendly Filipina server provided excellent service.
Overall, we had a great stay. The drive between Hinton and Jasper was absolutely worth it—we were lucky enough to spot a grizzly bear, a black bear, and several elk along the way!

Jasper Family Vacation

Our stay began on a positive note thanks to the front desk representative, who was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our experience.
The room was not maintained to an acceptable standard. The bedding had visible stains, the upholstered chair was heavily stained and appeared unsanitary, the bathroom sink was stained, and the shower faucet dripped continuously. In addition, the air conditioner was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep even with the fan set to low.
When we contacted the front desk to report these issues, the only assistance offered was a replacement sheet, which we had to put on the bed ourselves. None of the other concerns were addressed or followed up on.
This experience fell far below the standard we expect from a Wyndham property. We left feeling disappointed by both the condition of the room and the lack of an appropriate response to our concerns.
Because of this experience, we will not be staying at Wyndham properties in the future. We also intend to share our experience with Wyndham’s executive leadership so they are aware of the condition of this property and the level of service we received.

It was a good hotel, no complains, it had gym and pool, but we did not use the pool. The breakfast was very good, with eggs, potatoes, sausages, beans and others options. Recommended.

The hotel has a laundromat, which was very helpful after driving a long day in the rain on a motorbike we were able to go in and dry all of our clothes and the staff were so helpful and made our stay wonderful and we ended up staying a second night due to more rain and they had no problem, accommodating us and letting us keep our existing room. Definitely would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.
