Great location, hotel needs some love. Spacious room and big bathroom. Staff started cleaning our room before we even checked out though.

Lovely place to stay

We booked a suite at the Whistler’s Inn for my party of four. We truly enjoyed the space that included a sofa, two chairs & a fireplace. We found the staff to be very accommodating. The hotel was clean, and the suite came with a complementary parking spot, which was very handy. I would recommend the Whistler for any family planning on visiting Jasper and would highly recommend the upgrade to a suite. The location is very convenient.

Perfect Location for Travelers Without a Car

This hotel is in an excellent location, especially for travelers exploring Jasper without a car.
In a small and remote town like Jasper, having restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and other shops just a few steps away makes a big difference. Most sightseeing tours provide hotel pickup and drop-off, so transportation is usually not a concern. Being within easy walking distance of a wide variety of dining options and a supermarket was much more valuable and made our stay far more convenient.
The front desk staff were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming. We especially appreciated their willingness to help us use the hotel’s microwave whenever we needed it. No matter how many times we asked, they were always patient, cheerful, and happy to assist.
The combination of an excellent central location and genuinely warm, helpful service made this hotel a great choice for our stay in Jasper. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers, especially those visiting without a car.
