The staff was nice. The place was nice the building was quite no disturbances. Breakfast was good with a clean eating area. Air conditioning Unit is a little bit noisy, that’s normal for this type of hotel, we slept fine.

The hotel itself is good value. The rooms are fine, the beds comfy, the TVs big. However next door is Kelowna Fire Dept Station 1. Which means
a few times a night, the sound of fire engines and sirens.

Needs complete overhaul—outdated/old/never renovated/retro old carpets/walls need painting/beds are awful

It was a perfect place to stay, affordable, close to mall and other shopping areas. Place was spotless!

Room was very big had everything you needed. The bed was abit soft for us but it had extra pillows which was nice. They lent us an extra phone cord which was nice. Great price for the value
