Lovely Stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was well appointed and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The hotel is located next to a busy intersection but this did not bother us, the hotel did provide earplugs but we didn’t need them.
We ate in the hotel restaurant, the food was very good, we ate the fish tacos and seafood linguine, very tasty.
The staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

LIAR, LIAR PANTS ON FIRE
The photo we saw on the PBH showed the building surrounded by a big lawn. We were actually concerned it was out of town. When we arrived, having pre-paid, we found it is located on the corner (no lawn) of a 6 lane highway and 4 lane main thoroughfare. We had opted for most expensive room in one of the more expensive hotels. The traffic noise in the room was deafening. Even with the complimentary ear plugs the noise could not be drowned out. Our room was begrudgingly changed. It was better, but not perfect. The view from the rooms was the highway with a crowded balcony or the Mission Church and parking lot...a little grungy. Oh...we never found the beach. There was a nice park across the 4 lane street, along the lake good for walking. BTW, parking was extra!

We regret that the images you viewed prior to arrival created a different expectation of the property’s surroundings. Our hotel is located in an urban setting across from City Park, which includes Hot Sands Beach along Okanagan Lake, and is adjacent to major city routes. While many guests appreciate the proximity to the park, lake access, and downtown amenities, we understand this may not have aligned with what you anticipated.
We are sorry that traffic noise impacted your comfort during your stay. Despite mitigation efforts such as upgraded glazing and complimentary earplugs, we recognize that urban noise can still be noticeable in some rooms. We are pleased our team was able to relocate you to an alternative room, though we regret it did not fully resolve your concerns.
Thank you for your comments regarding the surrounding views, nearby environment and orientation of the local area, including beach access. We will certainly take this feedback into consideration as we review the information provided to guests prior to and during their stay to help ensure greater clarity about the property's location.
Finally, we understand that parking fees can be an unwelcome additional expense. As with many downtown hotels, parking is offered as an additional charge due to the limited availability of secure parking spaces in the area.

Amazing birthday stay!
We stayed only one night, for my birthday, and the staff were phenomenal! Right from check-in, they were so friendly and helpful! After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing to soak before bed. And again, it was absolutely spotless. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was incredible, and once again, the staff were outstanding. Delicious food and fantastic staff, we will definitely be back to stay and to eat!

Hot tub out of service, they told us when checking in only not an email or nothing, showers are not the best, closets are small, drawers has stains in it.

Filthy and uncaring
We stayed Sept 27th in room 318. Upon check in we noticed massive stains on the bed skirt. I notified the front desk, but the hotel was full and they could not change the skirt. He advised me to talk to the Manager in the morning. Upon check next morning, I requested to speak with the Manager. Was advised she was not in and was provided her card with her email address. I emailed her Sept 28th. Her name is Lynette. No response four days later. Total stay with taxes was $398.54 for one night. They couldn’t even provide a clean room!
