The only issue was the room across from us had there door open and they were parting with some other room. It was loud so at 1 AM I called the office as we could not sleep. After the call the issues was resolved.

The overall state of the hotel is terrible. While the bed was comfy , the bathroom was terrible. All of the grout was black, sink was dirty, furniture dated and dusty. Breakfast was something that I would not feed my dog . The sausage was gray, the eggs had an inch of water in the bottom of the pan. We have stayed here before and it was fine, we will not be back.

Although the hotel's location is difficult to access, this is our new go-to hotel in the Kitchener area. Close to the highways and easy access to the parts of Kitchener we need.

The sink drained very slowly on arrival, but they did fix it after we reported the next morning. The breakfast room is obviously too small and guests need to wait for seats to become available. Only one lady trying to arrange everything and replenishing foods and supplies. There isn't a safe in the room.
