The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were courteous. The breakfast was a fresh assortment of continental breakfast foods. The pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded on Saturday afternoon. While there were lots of families staying in the hotel, the kids were behaved and we couldn’t hear noises from in our room. We will return to this hotel.

We caught bed fleas

We were going there for spring with our 3 children with the carry factory package.
The room is beautiful large and spacious. Everything looks clean.
There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel which is splendid but the chlorine level outchhh I had eyeaches and I did not even swim. I heard children in the elevator say I see all blue!!
However, this makes the hotel very humid.
We came home and a few days later little buttons appeared as well as on my spouse.
My children who didn't sleep in the same bed were spared.
The most disturbing thing is to know if we brought any!!!
Lunch is included but it’s just a big fuss. Stupid staff, not much room. Everyone's piling on their feet.
As for the carry factory, it’s okay but I won’t go back.

Hotel was overpriced for what is being offered. Check in at 5 and out at 11 is crazy. Paying for a handful of hours. Pool and hot tub were out of service so price should be adjusted. And the included breakfast was meager. Not Impressed at all.

The Pool area is very nice, but has a very strong smell of chlorine thoughout the hotel and very strong at the pool itself. Area when entering was dirty.
Room was dirty, does not feel well kept up or cared for. Shower curtain smelled sour, toilet paper holder was broken, even the light switch had a layer or grime and dust on it. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Breakfast are was ok but has no breakfast meat anymore. Overall it has the potential to be a nice hotel, good location however I stayed there when it was first built and comparing that to today, it feels as though regular maintenance is being neglected and cleaning has went down hill.

Wardrobe doors broken
Pool not enough supervision. Older kids running from bottom to top of the slide resulting in younger kids not able to enjoy the slide.
