If you are looking for a place to stay in the Saint-Eustache or Laval area, I highly recommend Le Fabreville. I spent three nights here, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish.
The hotel has been beautifully renovated and feels like a brand-new property. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. Unlike other local options that suffer from years of deferred maintenance, Le Fabreville clearly prioritizes the guest experience with great service and professional management.
What is most impressive is the value. For the same price as the dated motels just 10 minutes away in Saint-Eustache, you get a much higher standard of quality and cleanliness.
Highlights:

• Professional Service: The staff is attentive and welcoming.
• Great Location: Conveniently located near Laval and only a short drive from Saint-Eustache.

Rude receptionist. Was arguing with me for almost an hour on the phone because I complain about the tv not working. He literally said the problem was from my end and not them and refused to change room also. He didn’t even step out and come have a look for himself and assuming things. Never had such a bad experienced. Owner / manager , you should train your teenager at the front desk better. Is he even the legal age to work there?

Weekend in love

Thematic room really amazing I had taken black and gold. My husband and I celebrated 23 years of living together. I loved it. Cleanliness great, courteous staff. Only flat windows allowed cold air to pass. It was difficult to have a good temperature.
I'd go back, but not in the spring.

A not safe place to stay. Someone would break your car windows and try to steal it. Don’t go.

This is a very terrible motel. It’s not safe at all. Actually it’s very dangerous. We stayed here on 5/27/2026. Our car’s window was broken during the night and someone wanted to steal our car. There were neither any cameras nor personal in the property to secure the place. The property manager is very rule of not taking any responsibility. The “excellent breakfast “ was nothing but only bread and orange juice. We had a very horrible experience to stay at this place. Don’t go there at all. They should be out of business soon.

Clean but.....

A1 for cleanliness in the premises. Pleasant continental breakfast and the dining room is very beautiful and very clean. My room needs a little love, especially in the bath/shower area. No hot water at the sink. A coffee maker is present in the room even though there were no capsules. I recommend it for a quick stop.
