Even Tarantino Couldn’t Script How Bad This Was — Truly Terrible
When we entered the room, the bed sheets had visible hair, debris, food residue, and stains. The blankets and pillowcases also appeared dirty and unwashed. The bathroom was disgusting, with stains in the tub, residue throughout the room, and even a partially used bar of soap left from a previous guest. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When I reported this to the front desk, instead of moving us to a clean room, staff handed me clean linens and expected me to remake the dirty beds myself. The next morning, we discovered the shower handle was broken, making it impossible for my family to shower. I reported it and was promised maintenance and housekeeping while we were out for the day. When we returned that evening, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was still dirty and the shower still broken. At 10 PM they offered another room, but my exhausted family was already in bed and moving would have required repacking everything late at night. We did not shower in two days! The most shocking part happened during checkout when I saw explicit pornographic content openly playing on the TV behind the front desk, visible to guests and families. I blurred the picture on the television to post it here along with several more so you can see the real thing. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values minimum sanitary conditions, professionalism, or peace of mind.

Only problem was the room was unventilated and a bit stale, no coffee maker or cups . for the price it was not worth it.

Positives: The air conditioning worked well. The bed was also fine.
Negatives: I asked for a NO SMOKING room. When I got to my room, there was a sign on the door that identifies it as a smoking permitted room.
The TV had a note on it that said volume was very loud because the button to lower the volume did not work.
When I tried to open the tv cabinet looking for a remote, the cabinet door fell out! It wasn't screwed in position.
When I went to take a shower, I found the shower curtain and broken rod on the floor.

Terrible experience. The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable: poor housekeeping, dirty areas, and we even found a spider in the room. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed little concern when we raised these issues. Given the poor hygiene standards and lack of professionalism, I do not believe this establishment should be welcoming guests under these conditions. I strongly recommend a temporary closure for a thorough cleaning, proper maintenance, and significant improvements in staff service. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Very Dated
I needed a place to get my head down & due to festival in Montreal, I couldn't get anything near Montreal Airport after having flight home to London by Air Canada was cancelled. ( This will be another review after my efforts to be recompensed by them as they didn't provide me with a hotel in my time of inconvenience.
This hotel came up in my searches & it was about 20 miles from from Montreal so bit the bullet.
I got their early (9a.m.)and Moe ( the concierge) found me a room for an extra fee as check-in is at 3pm normally.
It's a very dated facility & I can see why a lot of people have left negative reviews.
Room was functional, doors locked, bed was comfy, with a fridge & a functioning shower & wash facility.
It's not the Ritz Carlton, but the staff I met were all polite & helpful in my time of need.
I probably won't be back around these parts again & probably wouldn't book this place again in hindsight. But, good luck & life to all the staff.
