Vintage and cozy

very cozy/vintage, friendly and clean. we feel at home. excellent breakfast. well placed for visiting the Manoir-Papineau, the castle and ideal for getting to Omega Park. An excellent address which is a change from large chain hotels.

Infinitely grateful!

Thank you Edmond for such a warm welcome to your house, rich in its beautiful history! During the long weekend in September I went with my 20 year old daughter for a little fall getaway to celebrate my birthday! What a wonderful birthday thanks to Edmond who warmly celebrated it! My daughter would later say that it was like finding a good grandfather!
We were completely charmed! A good night in a cozy bed, a friendly lunch prepared by none other than our adopted grandfather! A really good coffee to awaken the senses. We will definitely return to the Petit Château! THANKS ! Anne-Sophie & Marie-Daniele x

B&B to remember...

A quaint and lovely house located near shops and restaurants in Montebello.
The host was extremely helpful and the breakfast was great.
Edmund takes pride on his property and it shows. Clean and beautiful inside and out.
We would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and charming atmosphere.
Fyi- If you are a photographer this house is a gem for picture taking; piano on site, beautiful couches and the outside cafe style tables are marvelous.

Late autumn adventure

We had family visiting from south-west ontario and wanted to take them somewhere different than our usual haunts so we ended up in Montebello, Overall we were pleased with the accommodation although not totally happy with the shared bathroom. Our room was small and we had to make do with single beds. It was a very stormy night and the home is next door to a tavern which resulted in a noisy night. The owner is very friendly and talkative and the breakfast was very good.

lovely place to stay

we were only staying 1 night before moving on to Montreal.The owner made us feel really welcome. We had tea and relaxed on the porch with the owner and the other couple stay at the petit Chateau. We were up on the 1st floor in a really lovely room. There was a wash-hand basin in the room and a shared bathroom. Owner was really friendly and helpful, the restaurant he recommended was excellent.
