One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in my life and it is supposed to be 4 stars, it doesn't deserve any of them. Dated room, bathroom beyond words. The AC in the room didn't work and it was supposed to be between 24 and 26ºC, but in reality it was 27, they didn't change it for another one for us. The views were pathetic. Parking $50 a day, double what it is at any other hotel. Breakfast time arrives and it was pathetic, little variety, toast, cereal, butter and jam, nothing hot (other than the coffee), honestly very poor.

Good location, close to the metro station. Polite and friendly staff. The bed in my room was a bit of a mess - one side dipped at a visible angle and a hard ridge of springs in the middle. The shower had plenty of hot water, but the showerhead wasn't able to be adjusted to a standard spray level. Overall, it was good as a central hub to return to at night after my activities during the day, but the rooms could use some TLC.

Was told the AC was broken, but the thermostat in the room was just for a heater. I didn’t see any repairmen the entire stay. Doubt half the hotel is air conditioned at all.

Ceiling stuffed with dirty rags, no AC

I posted a review of this venue on Google. The hotel responded, and I’d encourage anyone considering this property to read the reviews and hotel’s responses very carefully.
Management confirms the air conditioning did not work despite telling us it was functioning at “60%” upon check in. So which is it? They then explain that my choices were: remain in the room, or check out and leave.
Read that again. Those are the two options. A room with working air conditioning is not among them because they never had one. Not at check-in, when I was told the hotel was full. Not the next day, when they suddenly produced a second room that also had no working AC. Not when I asked for a fan they couldn’t supply. Sixth floor, windows that don’t open, a room I paid for and couldn’t sleep in.
Their reply calls this “being fully informed.” I’d call it an ultimatum. Being told about a problem is not the same as fixing one.
I chose the option their statement omits — I left a night early because the conditions were not conducive to sleep and not in accordance with what they advertised on their website.
The listing advertises air conditioning. That’s what I booked. When a business that accepts major credit cards advertises an amenity, fails to deliver it, offers no working substitute and no refund, guests have every reason to go to their card issuer and dispute the charge.

The bed was terrible. It was making so much noise. When I asked them to either change the mattress or the room, they mentioned they can’t. They didn’t even let us connect with the property manager. Location is good but it’s poorly managed.
