Because of its proximity to the highway and the city center, this hotel is a good choice; we also really liked it for having its own parking and a good restaurant.

I have to say the cleaning staff were helpful, but the host at reception wasn't. I appreciate it when hotels, although they are 3 stars, acknowledge the importance of having reception staff who make you feel welcome, provide help, and are conscientious about their role as the hotel's first impression.
Unfortunately, the place has a strong smell of smoke and weed. Not a good experience for anyone looking for a smoke-free place.
I wouldn't go back.

We had good rooms for what we needed. We didn’t get the towels for 2 people and had to ask for extra towels (face and bath)

Worst experience

Beware!! The worst experience ever. I booked a room for 2 nights on trip.com and prepaid. I was not the one travelling but had booked on behalf of my son and his father and had both of our names on the booking. Upon arrival, they refuse the check them in even after being shown all the reservation details and confirming with me (the reservation holder) on the phone. They refused to speak to trip.com and for some bizarre reason, called the police ?!? All this at 11 pm at night while my 10 year old and his dad have been travelling all day and just want to get settled in and sleep. Absolutely crazy behaviour from a hotel. Trip.com refunded us and was extremely apologetic. The hotel staff did not take any responsibility or offer an apology whatsoever. My son and his dad stayed elsewhere.

Guess it was end of month turnover cause someone was getting evicted from a long term rental it seemed like. Since the man was having an episode on the floor when we first arrived. Room was redone recently but had an odd musty smell, hallway was worse but room still had it. Came home with our clothes when we packed. Washed out tho.
