For the price, the service was up to my expectations. Air conditioning worked well and other amenities are great too. The cleaning isn’t perfect as my standards but more than okay.

This hotel is a scam. Room was nothing like the pictures.

This hotel is a scam. Don't pay any attention to the pictures posted on the website. This is not a remodeled hotel. It is a flop house masquerading as a legitimate hotel. We paid $290 USD for a dirty shoebox, not what was pictured.
We checked in, went to our room, and the room had about 2 feet of space around the perimeter of the bed. There was one night stand and one table taken up by an AC unit with a ventilation tube leading out the window. We decided to leave immediately and find another hotel.
The receptionist was friendly and was very apologetic and noted that the pictures online do not look like the rooms. She said Hotels.com will need to take it up with the manager. She tried calling him a few times, but she said that it's up to him to issue the refund. She gave an expression like she has been through this many times.
Shame on whoever owns this hotel. 1) you post fraudulent pictures of your hotel, and 2) you put your staff in the position for having to answer to customers for your scam. We are asking for our money back. This property should be de-listed until it posts accurate pictures.

I don’t write reviews often, but this hits experience was the worse case of false advertisement I have ever experienced. The images on the site do not match the actual appearance. The AC unit was held together with wood planks, the bed frame was questionable and I was on a floor with a shared bathroom. The last part is admittedly my fault for not recognizing that ahead of time. I was supposed to get a double room but instead received a single. Overall not a pleasant experience and will definitely not be staying there again.

Location was great.. near to a lot of restaurants .. room was ok, bed too soft for me.. however the staff were all great.. you just have to give deposit for the blower 😄 if you want to use one

The worst customer service!

I experienced the worst customer service in my entire life. The hotel is located in unsafe area and there is no security guard, and you cant even check in at nights cause the front door is kind of blocked by homeless people and drug users.
