My family and I (4 adults) stayed for 3 days. I communicated with the staff frequently and they were very, very responsive even at night. Once I figured out the boarding pass to get check in/out information, it was so easy. The beds were amazing!! Mattresses and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE!!!
Towels were plush, kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses/utensils. The sofa was terrible- uncomfortable to sit on and big enough for only 2 people. The middle was TOO SOFT with no support and on the ends you basically sat on the metal pullout bed frame. The chairs were fine.
With only 1 bathroom it was tough unless you are used to only 1 bathroom for a large family. My daughter had a touch of food poisoning so the bathroom was unavailable most of the time for the rest of us. Having 3 bedrooms with awesome beds was very nice so was a trade off.

The sheets were dirty so we asked for more. We asked many times but never got them. Air vents into bedrooms don't work so living room was freezing and rooms were very warm. Good location, though.

This may be buried in the listing somewhere and we may have missed it, but there’s no elevator.
Because of the location of the building and the room within it, it’s noisy at night.

the location of the apartment is outstanding and communication with the host was very good. The staff responded in a timely manner and met our requests quickly when we had questions or needs. The apartment is close to excellent restaurants and also the metro is very close, making this a great location for exploring the city on foot. The bathroom and kitchen as well as the bedrooms were clean. Because the location is in a popular neighborhood, there can be some noise at night but our group did not find it terribly bothersome.

This place is amazing!!!
First of all, the location is great, right along Avenue du Mont-Royal, which is magical in the summer. There’s a variety of restaurants and boutiques all around.
Second, the condo is very modern, clean and comfortable. I loved the powerful air conditioning, the comfy leather chair and the big TV. The mattress is on the firmer side, which I loved.
The building is very nice, and there’s seating on the rooftop, too!
