We had a great experience here - the front desk staff were super helpful and very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The location was great - but there was traffic noise at all hours. Possibly the rooms facing the back of the hotel would be quieter.

This hotel needs major upgrades. Carpets were dirty and full of stains. Bed mattresses were old and sagging .Hallways were dingy and dark , no pool or hot tub. They provide small pellets of soap and shampoo

Hotel was great. Breakfast was good-had eggs and sausages. Room was clean. Nainamo was a good little city to visit. It is sad to see that homeless population has increased on the island.
