I can’t say enough about how helpful all of the staff is at this motel. As soon as anything is raised they immediately address it
For anyone visiting Clifton Hill it is the ideal location as well. It is walking distance to all the attractions yet still quiet

When you pull up it’s very underwhelming, almost an “oh crap” what did i book. Check in was fine, ice is in the main office in baggies (not so sure about how i feel about that). Then you move into the hallways and your like ok this is decent and then you open the door to your room and yah that’s where it ends.
The rooms are very dated, the fan in washroom doesn’t work (unless you do cold showers or can leave the door open) it’s basically a shower and steam bath in one. Didn’t make it to the pool so I can’t offer any insights.
That being said for the price you pay and the proximity to the falls, attractions and so on it’s well priced.

It is a place to shower and sleep if that is what you are looking for. It is very outdated and needs some upkeep.

Staff very helpful, room very dated. Damages in bathroom ceiling. The balcony door curtains had holes in them, no refrigerator, no in room safe. Otherwise clean.

Very clean and nice place. Only problem was that they had forgotten to put shampoo in the room.
