So much fun!

This was our first time here and we had so much fun! We spent both days at the waterpark and our kids couldn't get enough! There was food inside the waterpark too so you didn't have to leave for lunch. And the restaurants were surprisingly good! There was also an arcade and bowling alley and other interactive activities. They also had dance parties and Storytime! Our kids really enjoyed playing with the wands. We didn't leave the resort at all nor did we need to!
The room we stayed in felt like a lodge. While it wasn't the most modern it was quite spacious and clean. And we didn't spend too much time in it other than sleeping. I recommend this place to anyone with kids!

Facility are great and fun for family, but the toilet is small and old, bed is not comfortable, expecting fresher liner. The staff there are great tho, overall is good fun vacation place.

Amazing family resort. It has everything one needs and lots of
entertainment for all. The only minor issue I had was I didn't get the room I had booked which was disappointing 😕The pillows were awful so I highly recommend bringing your own. Property is well maintained and beautiful.

Staff was overall very friendly! They literally make up for all the properties downfalls. I know they are on there way to renovating the rooms but we were placed in a room with black mold in the ceiling of the bathroom the paint was bubbling and everything not to mention the grout… it was actually disgusting and extremely bad for anyone’s health but especially mine as I have a mold allergy. We left the room and told the front desk and they wanted to have someone come clean the shower, which obviously is not acceptable, I told them the room is dangerous and no one should be staying in it so they switched our rooms without any hassle, thankfully. However the next room being slightly better still had mold in the grout and there was a stain on the ceiling over the beds. For over 600$ a night, I don’t accept that the rooms should look like that. The buffet has very limited options and the food is mediocre at best. The worst part was breakfast, the restaurant was impossible to get a table at and the cafe had pastries, yogurt parfait and fruit loops. I asked for fresh fruit and they only had bananas but then another worker said she wouldn’t give them to me because they were for smoothies, so I was refunded my 5$ for 2 bananas… overall my 5 year old had a great time so that’s worth something but I don’t think we’ll be back. My husband snapped these pictures but it doesn’t encompass all the mold. Some of room 1 and room 2.
