Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful, high-end hotel in the heart of everything. We upgraded to a top floor suite. It was spendy, but it was special. View was spectacular!! The fireworks are actually below you when they go off!
Staff is numerous and all are very friendly and helpful.
Location is right above con railway which allows access to many sites.

Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency!!

The Hyatt was fantastic. The view of the falls from the hotel was fantastic. The suite was nice and roomy. They had comfy chairs right at the window so that you can sit down and admire the view.

We had no internet service there. Otherwise, room was very clean with a beautiful view of the falls.
Hotel breakfast and parking were overpriced. No free water in the room but Nespresso machine was definitely a plus!

The room described in the ad was not true fully advertised. I spent extra for upgraded falls view room with a bedroom. The concierge advised the room does not come with a bedroom. I advised that is what the ad stated on your website. The concierge wanted us to pay an extra $150 for a room with a bedroom. I advised I’m not willing to do that. The toilet in the room was running water constantly throughout the night, we called for service no one showed up. Until I decided to lift the cover off the tank and noticed a warning paper label probably from the manufacturer clogging the drainage area where the water drains and refills. After all that I was able to fall a sleep. I will not be going back to the Hyatt Regency formally known as the Embassy.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. If this hotel was not located in this prime spot, it may have been forced to shut down. There was a stench in the bathroom. The service was horrible. I had two bookings, they confused the billings and caused me great frustration. You are bounced around. Still waiting on a copy of one bill. To get help is impossible. Workers seem not to care or simply cannot understand a customer's needs.
