RED ALERT
Humidity and strong smell of mold in the room. We were given a bottle of Febreze to hide the smell (our clothes took on a damp smell after a few hours). Unsanitary conditions in the room (blood stains on the sheets, bugs under the bed, dust on the baseboards, smell of humidity, wallpaper peeling off the wall because of the humidity).
Disaster for breakfast. The "cafeteria" is open to the public for $8.99 so there was no place to sit when we arrived at 8:35, our reservation indicated that breakfast was included until 10:00 but we were told that closing time was 9:00 and that the dishes (most already empty) would not be refilled. We had to eat elsewhere. Even the pool is not well maintained.
Very unpleasant service with the policy...you have paid so you endure....
I strongly advise against it... They sell the beautiful view of the rapids, but the floors that offer this view are long-term apartment rentals and not for short stays.
Parking fees extra
Worst experience ever. We changed hotels after one night to protect our child's health, not knowing if the smell of mold was hiding the presence of fungi or bacteria.

Worst hotel stay ever
The hotel is not neat, everything feels dirty & the smell in hotel is not healthy.
The room we got had a terrible smell, the windows were damp from condensation and there were moisture spots on ceiling and walls. The air in the room was not healthy. Staff made an effort to provide another room but this was also actually the same song, minus the moisture spots. Forced to stay 1 night, where there was also a lot of noise. When we came across urine in the stairwell in the morning it had been enough.
