Superb view.
We had the room with a view of the falls, and it is worth it. No need to pay to access the observation tower or freeze to see the fireworks and the illuminated falls at night. Everything can be seen from the room.
Parking is not easy; we have no choice but to use their services.

Amazing views
Worth it for the amazing view to wake up too, we had a room on the 29th floor. Huge windows that cover the width of the room. The room was modern, a reasonable size, good for us as we were out all day. Coffee machine made surprisingly good coffee!
Bathroom was small but adequate, again modern.
Staff were friendly on check in out.
25th floor there is an observation desk, free for guests. So you can get the 360 view.
26th floor there is a IHOP restaurant. Over rated in my opinion.
Wi-Fi was good and free.
Housekeeping is on request, not a problem we were able to get extra coffee pods and milk very easily.
Bathroom was small but adequate, again modern.

Best view I ever seen 10 out of 10
We went to this hotel for our 25 anniversary and we got a room on the 29 floor with a view that is absolutely stunning. I never seen anything like it. Great services and very clean room. Definitely returning again

Ed was extremely helpful, parking offsite was a pain. Room was really clean but maids left carts and supplies in the hallway. Room was quiet, but we were in the bottom floor. Food was so expensive, not sure how a family could afford to stay more than a day. (IHOP 55+ breakfast $34 for 2 eggs😳🙄)

Our room was spotless, bed and pillows very comfortable, Nescafé coffee maker in room made amazing coffee!!! Rooms were quiet which made for a good nights sleep. It was very close to OLG Stage if you are taking in a show, this is a good pick! The only thing I disliked was the parking (there is no parking on the property). It was an inconvenience. they will call a shuttle for you whenever needed and they are fairly quick but there really isn’t anything like having the ability to just hop in your car and go when you want. However, I would 10000% stay again!
