Saved our honeymoon! Absolute perfection from the staff to the room.
After a very disappointing stay at a different hotel, we moved to the Wyndham Grand Fallsview for a night, and it was FAR better in every conceivable way—location, service, and the people. We arrived at 11:00 AM hoping for an early check-in. While no rooms were ready yet, the staff was incredibly accommodating. A massive shout-out to Ken at Valet who seamlessly helped us deposit our luggage so we could go sightseeing (We love you, Ken! You're the best.) until our 4:00 PM check-in (which was impressively fast).
What truly set this hotel apart was the warmth of the front desk team. We mentioned we hadn't been able to cut our wedding cake and asked if they had disposable plates so we could share it with them. Not only were they thrilled about my wife and I getting married recently, but they provided us with disposable containers with lids! LIDS!!! Later, one of the staff members even approached us to tell us how good the cake was. Their welcoming energy was exactly what we needed and truly saved our honeymoon experience.
Pros:
＞The Room & Views: We booked an upper-floor King City View room, and it was to die for. Spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly. It had a cozy sitting nook with a view of the Skylon Tower and even a partial view of the river on the horizon. The absolute highlight was watching the 10:00 PM fireworks right from our bed!
＞The Pool Facilities: Really nice setup with two hot water mini-pools and one huge main pool. The air in the facility is temperature-regulated, so you don't freeze the second you step out of the water. Plenty of chairs and towels were readily available.
＞In-Room Amenities: Having coffee, tea, and hot water available in the room was the perfect way to warm up after our swim.
＞The Staff: From Ken at Valet to the front desk team, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful.
＞The vouchers: My wife and I truly enjoyed the vouchers. TGIs, the funzone vouchers, and many MANY more! So worth the stay!
Cons:
＞Absolutely none. All pros!

Although this hotel was quite nice I DID NOT GET WHAT I BOOKED FOR! I booked a room with a king size bed and onsite parking! After I arrived I was told that there were no king size rooms available and was down graded to a room with 2 queen beds (pretty sure I got doubles) I was also informed that onsite parking was not available either and was granted parking across the 2 streets where they park all the other quest who didn’t choose onsite parking! I was so disappointed in how my weekend getaway reservation was handled! I do not understand how you don’t have the room that you made me choose from the start when I had to give you all my information with my credit card for it to be charged a fee to even get that room! I think that there are to many people booking the same room and the quest is the one who is out when one person doesn’t know what the other person is booking! Shame on you Wyndham for using this kind of booking system where quest are not given what they booked! Do better!

Great experience. Would highly recommend the Jr Presidential Suite, high on the 18th floor. Thank you for the great accommodations. Oh Canada you're really beautiful, Wyndham Grandfalls, a perfect stay for a few nights!

The service was great. However the cleanliness was disappointing. The white sheets had black spots on it and was never changed or cleaned despite our request. The price was high our room and we like the location.
