Pet friendly was a big reason we chose this chalet. Traveling with dogs, 3 adults, a 17 yr old and 12 yr old, they all needed their own beds. Each person had their own room which was great. We stayed in the chalet and it had 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, small deck on front, large one in the back with a table and chairs, plus a balcony up top also. For our needs it suited us perfectly.
It was a little outdated, and could have been a bit cleaner, but for being pet friendly I know it is harder to clean because of pets. We were still happy with our stay and would stay there again.

Excellent place! We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, we could smell the cleaner as soon as we walked through the door. The kitchen had a decent amount of dishes and utensils, including pots and pans. Plenty of space. Staff was great. Will book again next time.

Overall, the room was clean, we slept fine as a family and we had a 3 bedroom with kitchen. It is indeed in need of repairs. The pool was not functioning which was not mentioned on Hotels.com website. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and everything else was as expected

We asked for a room away from traffic noise and did get that. The room was clean but the comforter was stained. The towels were nice. The air conditioner was quite old and very noisy. Fortunately we got the room cool enough and could turn it off.
The pool wasn’t available and because of that, the staff said there was no continental breakfast. Given previous reviews, we had brought our breakfast.
My hotel choices were limited when I booked. If I was booking in the area again, I would choose something in Summerside.

Where do I start, we paid a lot for a dump, look at the pool that was out of order and had been for years by the look of it, no lobby coffee, no breakfast, no reception before 8:00 am just drop keys in the mailbox, half roof shingles on stairs that were supposed to be for grip but some ripped not secure, rotten planks on the upper walkway to our room, we had the only balcony and the table and chairs were dirty, they had just cut the grass and it was in small piles all over the property so walking around was terrible, my wife had bite marks on her legs that appeared to be from mites or bedbugs, we really overpaid for this Hotel it is nothing like what was advertised, no pool, no coffee in lobby and I wouldn't trust the in room coffee, no security, the one and only personel on duty had only started that week and the owner only showed her presence the following morning to say "no open till 8:00 am just leave keys in mailbox" that was our entire interaction except "no breakfast" "no breakfast". Skip this location it's a dump.
