Beautiful city view! Room was clean and comfortable for a family stay. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Pool was taken care of. Friendly staff at the cafe.

The staff were excellent.
Very kind, approachable and helpful.
It’s nice when staff great you in the hallways and around the building!
My room was fantastic and very clean.
My only complaint was the amount of tweens/teens running around with little regard for those around them (some were loud and pushy). But it was a long weekend.

The bed was so hard I had to ask for 3 extra blankets to sleep on and it still didn’t help. We both woke up with a sore back and hips. Bathroom was not cleaned hair in the tub that wasn’t ours. Floor looked like it wasn’t vacuum.

Cink and micro-wave helped a lot, but we needed a freezer and the mini-fridge did not have it. Staff helped by keeping our ice packs frozen, but that was a minor inconvenience
