We stay in this hotel couple times. Every time we travel to Ottawa, we will stay here. It’s really good location. Easy to take the public transportation. The O train just crossed the street. And there is Food Basic cross the street, too. Walking distance to all the attractions. We will definitely come back again.

Extremely unimpressed

Extremely unimpressed. When did they kart upgrade this hotel, the 1980s. The carpet is warm, the wallpaper is peeling, the decor is so uninspiring it’s offensive. I checked into my room and felt instantly depressed.

Great location, close to everything.
There was a grocery store across the street, which came in handy. There was even an actual Tim Hortons shop attached to the hotel, and it wasn't just a kiosk. Loved the added security with having to use your room key to access your floor via elevator. Parking was a little confusing, and trying to find where the elevator was 😆 (btw park in the red zone). Restaurant was great, the breakfast buffet was better value than ordering from the menu. We would stay here again.

The washroom door cant be closed if sitting on the toilet. Overall, very clean jotel and the amenities were in good condition.

Friendly staff. A bit tricky getting into the front door when driving as Ottawa is filled with one way streets. Parking is available underground beside the hotel but be aware that this underground parking lot has very low ceilings and pipes hanging even lower so if you have a hatchback be careful opening that back door.
