The one way streets made actually finding the door, was tricky for us! However a great location close to the Market. Nice pool and gym and great staff.
Really good bed and bed linen.

Hotel was great in that the 2 bedroom we rented had enough space for our family. That said, the grange under the sink in our room was overflowing and there was trash in the hall for more than 24 hours. Struck us as a busy place that needs more attention to detail.
It’s right downtown across the street from a mall, and on the other side a shelter. Urban location comes with its share of characters and color but the lobby and elevator were well secured.

Overall good experience and as listed. Check-in was not a good experience. Went to check in and told our room was not ready. Told to come back in half an hour. We came back an hour later only to be told the room was still not ready and they were unsure when it would be ready. Not an ideal experience with three children.

Insane noise from large, heavy trucks, starting around 4:30 AM and continuing until late in the evening. We couldn't open the balcony door, let alone sit out there, because of the noise. Everything else about the apartment was fine—location, laundry facilities, staff, etc.

Good location
Well equipped and good size and serviced well
Perfect for a short stay with family of 4
Some street noise but to be expected I guess if staying downtown
No complaints and would happily stay there again
