Good for a short stay
The room was comfortable, extremely clean washroom, decently stocked kitchen and a decent view out the window. The TV and computer setup is pretty dated, with the computer having an out-of-date Windows 7 OS. Coffee/Tea in the room are included, and Parking is 25$ per night. If you don't use room service, you can get a $10 credit for each of our non-check-in/out days.
Breakfast was chaotic and limited for vegetarians. Their waffles were frozen that had to be heated up in the toaster. We decided to eat elsewhere instead. The renovation in the room was superficial and not focused on the whole room, just the areas that are in-general-view.

The great place for a good price!
I can definitely recommend this hotel for staying! From our very first minute till the leaving, we felt cared for by every member of the hotel’s crew. The receptionist was very friendly and kind and was able to check us in early in the morning instead of waiting until 4pm.
The room was great - very spacious, clean and light. We got not only regular staff like couches, beds, tables, and chairs, but also a desk with a computer and printer. There is a kitchen as well. And it has everything you need to eat or cook if you need to: plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pots, fry pan and even baking sheets)) And of course a regular fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle with coffee maker were there as well!
In the closet we found an even steamer and something to do laundry (because you will be able to do that in the hotel as well)
The bathroom and bedroom were perfect - everything was neat and clean, nice mattress and bedding gave me good sleep)
For breakfast, we had two kinds of omelettes, sausages, cereals, oatmeal and different sides to customize it, oranges, apples, several kinds of baked staff, milk (regular, oat and chocolate), boiled eggs, cheese, juice and yogurts.
And all this stuff we got for a pretty affordable price!
So I highly recommend this wonderful place to stay for your next visit to Ottava!

Great Place To Stay
Excellent location, a short Uber ride to most of Ottawa's museums and attractions. Generous & varied free breakfast. Free use of the laundry room helped us pack and travel light. Our room was very clean and very spacious.

Very good location. Spacious rooms. Superb service and friendly staff. Very good morning breakfast had a good spread. Good bathroom set up. We got the city view. Cleanliness good. The breakfast room was quite small. The stay was worth it for the price we paid. Very convenient location to visit all the main

The Business Inn Hotel- The Real Deal
One of the best accommodation in Ottawa. It’s mu second time in this hotel. Their rooms are huge, spotless and complimentary breakfast food is overflowing. You have everything you need if you want to do your own cooking, there are available cookwares, plates and glasses, silverware etc. This is the real deal, I am definitely coming back.
