This is basic hotel. The swimming pool is alright but the inward looking rooms are weird. Staff are polite but can at times be too direct or gruff.

Good location. Fridge and microwave stopped working. Staff couldn't fix it, so I fixed it myself.

We booked a room 6 months in advance, the room was available when we arrived and the room was clean except the bathroom had a soiled toilet seat, which someone came in to clean when we requested this. The AC unit only had the fan operational and it only had maximum fan speed available. We were double-charged due to procedures not followed at the front desk when a guest has used a third party app to book the reservation. They said they would reverse one of the charges and we were given a discount on the room charges due to all of the problems during our stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful when we expressed our concerns. From our perspective, excuses for having a dirty bathroom are not warranted. Having a room late for check-in time is ok, but compromising on cleanliness is never acceptable.

The pool is great; we went with children, and the depth is perfect. The hot tub is also very good.
The room is comfortable and clean; the only thing I found really terrible was the shampoo and conditioner—the quality was awful.

Wasn’t a bad stay but very outdated the room definitely needed some work and wasn’t worth the price
