We were wildfire evacuees and the staff was very accommodating. The facilities are great. They have kitchenettes, a laundry, Wi-Fi , pool and is convenient to most facilities in Pencicton. The rooms have been well maintained. Staff are knowledgeable,experienced and managed a stressfull situation with grace. We thank them.

Older hotel with poor sound proofing. Fun amenities like the pool and pickleball court. Good location and proximity to beach.

This hotel has potential, but the grounds, amenities & rooms are not well maintained. Our laminate bathroom counter was dissolving, there were stains everywhere on the walls, furniture & curtains, the toilet was not cleaned properly, and the pool had endless amounts of clumped, long, hair.

Room wasn't as advertised. It was dark and claustrophobic. The curtains made us feel like we were in the 70's. It was a good room for sleeping in but that is about it, and I expected alot more for $400 a night....

This hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The outdoor area of the property is very run down. With two new hotel opening across the street that is where I’ll be staying next time.
