Perfect location!

My husband and I came here for a 5 day getaway. This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Steps away from the beach, it’s quieter than the large beach, the location couldn’t have been better. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Awful.

I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. We pulled up to this hotel into an end parking stall, and the lady from the front desk was very polite and said excuse me, sir are you checking into the hotel and I said yes, we are looking on our phones for prices. She goes OK and walked away and some a hole five minutes later walked by my car and said you were told to move your frigging car move your frigging car so we drove away. You don’t talk to the public that way. I’m gonna find every platform on the Internet and I’m gonna write a review.

Great location and staff!

Knowing this was an older property, we were pleasantly surprised by our room. We had a two bedroom suite with kitchen. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff made certain we had everything we needed. We were there during a hot spell and the air-conditioning in the main area worked well. The bedrooms did not have AC but they included an extra fan for us to use to help keep bedrooms cool. Location is awesome, right across from the lake and beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. We all agreed we would stay again! Parking was a challenge but there is a lot behind the hotel.

Great girls trip

Great stay! This hotel was so super conveniently located right across from the beach. Beds were comfortable, room was huge and clean. The pool was older but clean and a cool dip after hot days in the sun was wonderful. Staff (cleaning and front desk) were very helpful and pleasant.

GREAT VALUE

Great value.
It's an older property but it's being updated and was perfect for us. Housekeeping was great as was the check-in process.
The pull-out sofa wouldn't be a good choice for someone with a bad back, but it was fine for me.
See our review of the Casa Grande. After that nightmare, this was a pleasant upgrade.
