Relaxing Family Retreat

My entire extended family rented out the entire house at Mapiya Retreat for a weekend. In total we were 15 people. The place was clean, relaxing, and Dragana was an excellent host. We mostly used the spot as accommodations for our day trip to Sandbanks, but the surrounding walk able area is quite picturesque (barns, farmland, scenic water access after a little hike). Thanks Dragana!

Visiting Prince Edward County, the wineries and surrounding area

My husband & I stayed 4 nights and loved it! Dragana & Masha are marvelous hosts and are so welcoming. The breakfasts they serve are amazing & savory, and offer such a variety of dishes including gluten free! We slept great and appreciated the beauty & peacefulness of their location. Needless to say, we would go again.

Fantastic County Experiance!

What's to say that already hasn't been said. I stayed here a couple weekends ago with some friends. A picturesque spot close to all the main attractions in Prince Edward County. The house is neat and cozy, with a real homie feel. Food was amazing! Run by a family that goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. If you want to get away from the city, relax and enjoy a slice of Ontario's country side, this is the spot. 11/10 would recomend. See you guys next year!!

Relaxing and friendly

This a friendly place where informative conversations take place. Breakfast was home like, with delicious bread. The landlady, daughter and son made a very warm relaxing experience. Highly recommended.

Superb Vegan Detox Yoga Retreat

Wonderful getaway retreat to detox your mind, body and soul in beautiful Prince Edward County. I chose the retreat because it was my first yoga retreat and I wasn’t sure what to expect - so wanted a shorter duration, close location to the city and to not spend an exorbitant amount of money. The fact that it was a vegan detox retreat was a bonus (and what made it stand out amongst other yoga retreats). From arrival to departure, the hosts were lovely and welcoming, flexible to accommodate the small group’s varying needs and wants and provided an itinerary that brought the group together but also allowed for solo reflection time. The food was phenomenal (described that way even by the meat eaters in the group) and introduced me to lots of new things to easily incorporate into my diet at home. The retreat was exactly what I was looking for and delivered on everything that was promised. I will certainly return for a B&B stay, if not another retreat in the future.
