Very easy check in and check out process. The room was clean and the washroom/shower were newly renovated which was lovely. I'm disappointed that the heated pool was not in service during our stay as this was something we were excited about that factored into the cost of the room.

This place was excellent! Loved staying here. Everywhere was exeptionally clean and well cared for. The pool was beautifully warm and well looked after. The only slight drawback was pool hours are 10am-9pm. It would have been lovely to use the pool first thing in the morning. There's plenty of parking. The staff were all lovely. We'll definitely book here again!!

Great location, great view! Very clean and a friendly, helpful staff. The pool was wonderful to dip into after a day of adventures. Would definitely stay here again.

Old style motel with old carpet on the floors. No balcony although rooms face the ocean. No AC!! There was a fan and small window that opened.
Very conveniently located next to the ferry to Campbell River. Didn't notice any ferry or marina noise in the room.
Put out the 'do not disturb' sign if you don't want house keeping knocking on the door at 9am. They returned multiple times within an hour, the second time without knocking, just tried to open the door. Check out is 11am, we left at 10am, not like we were pushing the time limit.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean, other than having the carpet.
Interesting driftwood animals near the parking lot behind the motel. Fabulous picnic area with beautifully tiled area with very large picnic tables. Wish they'd spent the money replacing the flooring and cracked bathroom sink.
Good place to sleep and move on. Not a place I'd recommend staying for anything longer.
Saw people enjoying the pool, but didn't go to it myself.

the only thing that was the least bit negative was the pool was warmer than I would have liked. Given that the weather was so hot it would have been more refreshing if the water was cooler. Other than that everything was great.
