I went there only for sleeping, I didn’t have the time to use the pool and the spa, so I cannot judge those amenuities. The restaurant was OK; I had better meal elsewhere and it was not cheap. My appreciation is base on a dine the first night and breakfast on the last morning. At the time Î was there they were having some construction, but it doesn’t bother since I was away for the day

Very bad experience, bad value.
Not a great experience, especially for the price.
When checking in, I asked for a physical card instead of having to downloading their app. The clerk said (with a smirk) that they are phasing out the cards and next time I 'll have to use the app. We rented the Romantic room, and when I called to get more info, I was told it had a kitchenette...it did not, only a fridge and coffee maker. They don't clean the rooms but they did bring clean towels. Unfortunately the towel delivery person took our roll of paper towels while we were out, that was ours. We had to chase it down and they had even used some as if it was theirs! If the staff can steal paper towels, what else will they take? There was no bath plug, but they brought one. Also the fridge had to be replaced as it was not working. That was the only decent customer service we received. The telephone didn't work, just wanted to call the front desk but had to go down instead. The pool water was freezing cold and the jacuzzi was warmish but not really hot. All in all, we will never return and don't recommend this hotel. Also they don't want seniors since there are no elevators and you have to use their app. My husband has traveled to every continent except Antarctica and said he never stayed in such a badly run accommodation.

Very good hotel not to be missed if you go around!!
Great hotel, superb room with a view of the beautiful Saint John lake (sunsets on your balcony or at the bar are not to be missed). Free parking , quiet location, there is a swimming pool , a fitness room, a game room with games console ( PS 3) for children! come with a bike and you will take great walks in the forests around the lake (track marked!)
For the restaurant, we ate very well (congratulations to the chef ). It's well worth some great French restaurants!

Room was quite as expected
Our room appeared to be a multi-purpose room that had fold up beds so one might host a meeting there? The beds were semi-comfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean. I think there are more upscale rooms available. We just did happen to get one.

The site is great, the hotel services less
A breathtaking site! A magnificent site! But when you enter the building disenchanted! Even if the staff is welcoming: no elevator. Corridors, corridors and stairs cooled and degraded. Almost a monastic room. Does not match the booking photo, even if there is a balcony. A vague floor lamp fights with a bulb at the entrance and with two magnifying glasses in the alcoves next to the bed (very high) to light the room. In the bathroom you have to screw two bulbs to have light but if , but if!!! We discover a tap of the bathtub dating from the 70s: no shower hose, a noise to bother the neighbors. The cabinet under the sink full of water. It is impossible to file business there. The access to the (magnificent) square is a cobbled together maze. The restaurant: two waitresses and a waiter are agitated, agitated (kindly) and the dish arrives after an hour and a half of patience (the change of garnish is paid!!) Apart from that thanks to the setting our stay of four days and three nights went well, but we had only one meal there. A renovation of the whole and it will be perfect!
