Weekend at the foot of the lake

Exceptional stay at the Entourage sur-le-Lac. The place is beautiful, with a superb view of the lake and a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable.
The staff is attentive, professional and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and activities offered on site are a real plus.
An excellent destination to pick up and enjoy nature while having a high quality service. I recommend without hesitation!

Bad experience all together

The view is beautiful. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
For the price of this hotel, the level of cleanliness and customer service was honestly shocking. We checked into a room with sand on the chair, stained pillowcases and sheets, a ripped towel, and a broken toilet paper holder.
We contacted the front desk and were met with complete indifference. No real concern, no urgency, and no effort to make things right.
Housekeeping only comes once every two days, and even after the room was serviced, we were still left with the same sheets and the same sandy chair.
The lack of cleanliness was not limited to the room either. Dirty plates and glasses were left sitting on lobby tables overnight.
A great view does not make up for a dirty room and poor service. For what they charge, this was absolutely not worth it.
Take your money and stay somewhere else.

Room service is terrible.
Room cleaning is terrible
Not even change the sheets on day of arrival .

Loved our stay at Entourage-sur-le-lac! We had a big spacious room, it was very clean and had a comfortable king size bed. The food at the restaurant was very good and the service was excellent. Plenty of things to do.

Magnificent

Magnificent hotel by the lake: an incredible location! And what's more, a 20-minute drive from Quebec City.
Very pleasant welcome, spacious room very well equipped with a beautiful balcony and a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, very pleasant jacuzzi open until 11 p.m., .......
Everything was perfect!
