Excellent location with attentive and friendly staff. The rooftop overlooking the city and The Frontenac was stellar. Will definitely stay here again!

Chose this hotel for its location and rooftop. The location was excellent and the rooftop was nice the few times we went up. All the staff was wonderful - super, super nice and very helpful with suggestions or directions. That said, the property itself is just OK. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are good, but the rooms themselves are small. There is no in-room safe, only a few hangers since there is no "closet", and little storage elsewhere. We did not go downstairs to the breakfast and "lounge" area, so I can't offer any insights there. All in all, our stay there was nice, but I think we would choose another hotel if we were to go back to Quebec City.

The room was spotless and housekeeping (when requested) did a wonderful job replenishing towels and toiletries and remaking the bed. While we ventured out for breakfast every day during our stay, the breakfast offerings (at an additional charge) looked very good. The location was great for our activities during our visit to Québec City.

Hotel's location is perfect; close to all attractions. The room was very clean and with basic amenities. I definitely will return to this hotel.

Clean, spacious room with refrigerator and microwave. We enjoyed a couple meals in the room although recommend eating out too as the food in Quebec was wonderful.
We enjoyed the coffee machine on the lower level. Didn’t try the other amenities as we were too busy exploring. Staff was helpful.
