Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable but the real stars here are the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had a group of 14 in for our wedding and any requests were met with a smile and them doing everything they could to make our stay great. One surprise was the quality of the food at the restaurant. Most hotel restaurants aren’t that great but the food here was excellent. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

Disappointing.

Very disappointed upon our arrival; the room does not match the photos on the website. Very old-fashioned room, beds small for 2 people, cleanliness needs to be reviewed. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise and is poorly secured. There are no outlets; we unplugged the lamps to charge our phones. The bathroom is very old. An XXL renovation is necessary!!!!
No elevator. The pool is beautiful with its vegetation but too small compared to the number of rooms in the hotel, we could not enjoy it, there were too many people.

Everything was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you stay for only two nights, the hotel doesn’t provide housekeeping or even tidy up the room or make the beds or clean the room or washroom, It seems like this service is only provided for guests staying longer, which I found disappointing.
Also, the bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans, and there was nowhere to hang clothes or towels, which was quite inconvenient. The closet space was also extremely limited, with barely enough room to store our clothes and bags. Overall, we had a great experience, but these were a few things that could definitely be improved.

Our beds were comfortable. Main pool was nice but can get busy at times. The on site restaurant wasn’t very good but staff were friendly and helpful, bartender not so much. No elevator so you will get your steps in. A bit far from old Quebec City but drivable.

Decent but nothing more! 3 stars

Outdated room and cleanliness that leaves something to be desired. The beds are not comfortable and this hotel is not worthy of a JARO hotel. Low-end but if the price is good, okay. Heated pool and great indoor garden! Restaurant very good but a bit expensive. Room smelled like cigarettes.
