Amazing front desk staff but housekeeping needs to clean all of the room properly and not just change the sheets

Very friendly staff. Pillows were comfy and sheets were clean. The room however was not clean. This is the second time I stayed and the room was not cleaned properly. There was still hair from someone shaving around the tap, the shower curtain moved so water was on the floor and when I cleaned it with a towel there was yellow pee on it from beside the tub, there was black dirt on the sink basin which when I wiped it with a Lysol wipe it came off so obviously it was not cleaned even with a quick wipe. I wore clean socks on the carpet and they were filthy from walking in the room. There were little black bugs not sure what kind but were getting in because the weather stripping was gone from under the door so nothing stopping them from coming in.
The last time I stayed in June the shower had not been cleaned obviously because the used soap and shampoo bottles were still in it. So it’s an ongoing issue. The price for the room does not match the quality. I wasn’t expecting 5 star but was expecting to have a clean room.
