Bathroom door needed to forced shut as it binds with the frame, microwave spot next to the fridge was empty, mattresses are worn out and the top of the water slide stairs the concrete has a large crack about 18 inches long that could be dangerous. Staff were all nice but the place felt run down since I stayed there last in 2023

The Atlas never disappoints . The pool is still the biggest attraction. Great setup, was very busy at night but morning was better . The staff was very friendly and fast . Checkout was fast and parking was easy to find

This property is great. We traveled as a couple and did not use the waterpark but the pub was excellent. Great food and drinks. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed and pillows. It would be an excellent stay for families as well.

Is good if you have kids but it’s very loud especially at night, the air conditioning is also very loud when it turns on. The pool is too small to enjoy and the hot tub steam burned my eyes as if there was too much chlorine in it. Staff were friendly.

Room was clean, breakfast not included when booking online. Went to the restaurant for lunch and it was not good at all. Staff were very friendly.
