Convenient to cash the bus for the rider games. Walking distance to eat. Don’t like that you have to pay extra to park.

Very nice place to visit. Very clean and close to the casino. The bad thing about this hotel is that we have to pay additional parking fees. $15.00

We had a one night stay for a Rider game. The staff were friendly - they got us checked in quickly and had dog treats for our pup. We ended up getting a parking ticket (not sure why because we had registered the vehicle), but the person at the front desk took care of it for us.
The room was very spacious and clean and the hotel is walking distance to the stadium.

We checked in after being on the road for 9 hours. My wife and daughter went up to the room with the suitcases while I went to park the vehicle. I was told I needed to remove all valuables or it would be broke into. First red flag. After I got to the lobby my wife called to say that the room was not cleaned and the bed had been slept in. So they gave us a new room. The second room was something else. Stained like it had been a crime scene. We were supposed to be there for two nights and checked out as soon as we could. This location is horrible. The first one need a complete refresh/burn to the ground.

My biggest gripe with my stay relates to the keycards. I had to have my keycards replaced because the full set stopped working. This happened on 4 separate occasions. I was assured this is a common issue but the hotel is getting renovated in a couple months....
Besides that the room was acceptable but the sink did not drain well and was dirty and the carpet left dirt on my bare feet so I had to wipe them off before getting in bed.
