Should be a shelf in the bathroom shower to allow users to place their own soap and shampoo at a level they can reach instead of bending down to the floor to reach them.

The parking situation was complicated. Main building was full so I had to use the parking in a nearby building. This building was locked and I had to find security every time to let me in to access my car. Not safe to be walking around late at night looking for someone to let me access my parking. At least the hotel refunded my parking charge.

The hotel and stay was great. Only one little hiccup with parking. Staff forgot to tell us what entrance and password that was required to get car out of Nutrien parking. Once we asked and got the info it was a breeze. The hotel also reduced our first night stay by 20$to compensate for this. Very appreciated that staff took this action on their own without having to ask for compensation. We would stay there again.

River View Rooms are Excellent

If you are a light sleeper I recommend booking River view rooms only. We normally book River view but on our most recent stay we did not and I regretted that. The traffic noise was constant even on a higher floor. The hotel is in a great location, is clean and has great service. When we have stayed in the river view rooms there was no issue with noise.
