The whole place was amazingly clean..they were constantly cleaning the breakfast area the food was hot… good variety.Staff was always willing to help.Parking was good .In the winter we would have chosen the underground but the outside parking was just easier and quicker Location handy for all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very well kept and maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of food options. The pool and waterslide were clean and fun for the kids! Most of all, the staff was pleasant and made you feel welcome! We will stay here again when we visit Saskatoon.

The pool attendant was absolutely ridiculous Stalking kids around the pool. On parents for everything. The rules about the hot tub were insane. We stay at this hotel because of the fun the kids of had at the pool in the past. We will be changing hotels next time

Trouble with getting the hotel when making a reservation

We stayed at this hotel when we travelled south to southern Saskatchewan and we stopped here on our way home to Alberta.I phoned the hotel phone number as I do not like using third party hotel operators.,Some how I got a third party .I phoned the front desk manager when I got home and she said she will not do anything for me.When I phone the hotel number 306-986-2400 I expect to talk to someone at the hotel direct.Why cannot the front desk manager do something for me.We like staying at this hotel but I am having second thoughts of staying there again when we travel to the south.
