We arrived 3 hours early hoping to leave our bags on site and walk the harbour areas.
Instead, we were upgraded and given a harbour view room with a balcony.
Very nice touch and well done. Breakfast was limited but well made and enough choices to satisfy anyone. the location could not be better on the waterfront. restaurants/bars, shops etc were all within minutes walking. Airport 10 minutes drive from the hotel. Would stay again while area.
Thanks to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stayed here after getting off the ferry after a flight from the UK. We were all exhausted so really appreciated getting into comfy beds as soon as we could. Free breakfast was really appreciated too.

The one thing I was disappointed in was the air conditioning. Didn’t work well. Very loud and couldn’t sleep well.

This is a very nice hotel. If you choose a view room you will not be disappointed. My fault for assuming they had an elevator - standard 14 steps up to our second floor room. Clean, quiet, with blackout curtains and comfy bed.

The hotel's location is perfect for experiencing Sydney's local businesses and activities.
The property may not be a 5-star property in terms of physical quality, but the location, staff, and housekeeping are great. The only warning is that there is no elevator to the second floor (best view), which can be difficult for seniors and families with a lot of luggage. Note: the front desk does offer help.
If you plan to visit Victoria, I highly recommend an overnight stay in Sydney, and Sidney Waterfront Inn & Suites is your best choice.
